The Mandurah Houseboats Code of Conduct

The Mandurah Houseboats Code of Conduct is designed to codify our thinking around what constitutes responsible social and ethical behaviour on the part of both employees and the owners of Mandurah Houseboats and to establish the obligations that we have to you as our guests, our fellow employees, suppliers and other stakeholders.

The Code of Conduct applies to owners and employees alike. It provides a framework of principles for how we wish to conduct business and deal with fellow employees, clients and suppliers. We feel that committing to paper how we expect employees to behave, with the utmost integrity and trustworthiness – upholding our ethical and professional standards, is the best way to ensure that everyone understands their obligations, not only to the company but to themselves.
